The Non-Standard program is intended for use with energy efficiency lighting projects, both new construction and retrofit, that do not fit the requirements of the Standard Lighting Incentives for Business program. Applications will require energy calculations, but various energy saving measures will potentially be eligible for incentives based on energy savings, at $0.05 per kWh (see application form for details).

The program offers flat-rate incentives per fixture for converting to the following lighting technologies:

• Dusk-to-Dawn Photocell-Controlled Streetlights
- High-Pressure Sodium (HPS)
• Dusk-to-Dawn Photocell- OR Timer-Controlled Outdoor Area Lights
- HPS, LED or Induction
• LED Traffic Signals
- 8” and 12” Red & Green Signals
• LED Pedestrian Signals
